前作が成功したのかMusic For NationsがワザワザUnder One Flag レーベルを立ち上げリリースしたコンピ作の第二弾。今作もスピード/スラッシュ/パワーメタル系のバンドが集まり活きのいい楽曲を提供。荒削りな面もあるが、群雄割拠、頭角を現しつつあるニューカマーが凌ぎを削る内容は前作に負けず劣らずの内容を誇りコンピ作としての役割をしっかりと果たしていますね。
